Personal information

When you submit an enquiry through the Connect form, chat with our KAI assistant, or reach us on WhatsApp, we collect the information you provide (name, organisation, email, phone if shared, and the message itself) so we can respond. This information is sent to connect@ketandave.com and is used only to reply to your enquiry and provide the services you request.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We retain it only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, plus any period required by law.

KAI, our AI assistant

KAI is an automated assistant. Conversations may be logged so we can improve the service and follow up on genuine enquiries. Do not share sensitive personal or financial information with KAI.
